We are instructed that our client has on diverse dates purchased various styles of moulds from you for production purposes.
We are further instructed that our client on 20th January 2004 requested you for the return of the production moulds particulars of which are as per the attached list but such request has been refused.
Notice is hereby given to you that unless the product moulds as per the attached list are returned to our client within 7 days from the date hereof, legal proceedings against you shall be taken out without further notice.
